This Business Tax Update will focus on the Federal taxation of business issues that affect individuals and entities. We will discuss the law changes that have taken place over the last few years that impact clients’ businesses. The seminar will continue to focus on the impact of Section 199A on taxpayers and the loss limitation rules including the Net Operating Loss deduction and excess Business Loss rules. This year’s seminar will also provide a detailed review of the new Form 7203 as part of a review of S Corp Stock and Debt Basis calculations. All proposals for new rules (or enacted rules) that impact businesses will be discussed. Participants must have a basic knowledge of the business provisions related to Federal personal income tax and the Federal tax rules for Partnerships, LLCs and Corporations.

We hope that you will be able to join us at one of the seminars. Space is limited.

For more information regarding administrative policies such as complaint and refund, please contact our offices at 631-683-8780.
